FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You've got questions and we've got answers.

What size sound holes work?

Standard Discs fit into acoustic guitars with sound holes between 3.75" and 4.25" in diameter. Grab yourself a handy dandy ruler and make sure your sound hole is sized appropriately before purchasing. If your sound hole is too small for Standard Level Logos, consider snagging a Mini Disc which is designed for sound holes between 3.25" and 3.75" in diameter.

Are Level Logos easy to install?

Level Logos Mounts are installed by compressing its three spring-loaded legs and lining it up inside your sound hole. If compressing all three legs at once is burdensome, try two legs at once. If that's too challenging, go for it one leg at a time. Unfortunately, there is a one-leg minimum compression to make this work.

Do I have to remove my strings to install a mount?

There's no need to remove strings to install a Level Logos Mount. You can remove your strings, of course, which makes installation even easier.

Do I have to remove my strings to install a different Level Logo Disc?

Nope! Level Logos install and uninstall from a Mount easily with strings attached.

Do Level Logos require batteries?

No batteries required. Level Logos use gravity to stay upright. Once your Mount is installed, the Disc and Mount combo will stay right-side-up whether your guitar is being played or on a stand. WARNING: If gravity stops working properly, you may notice some issues with your Level Logo staying level. Gravitational disruptions are not within the scope of issues our team is able to assist with.

How do Level Logos stay on the Mounts?

Level Logos Discs are attached to Mounts using an alignment peg and magnet. To make sure your Discs display correctly, ensure that your Disc is properly installed atop the alignment peg as well as the magnet. After proper placement, Discs will stay in place no matter how hard you rock.

Will Level Logos make me more attractive?

While supporting scientific evidence is minimal, we are pretty convinced that people with Level Logos in their guitars are universally accepted as more attractive than those without Level Logos.

What Custom Designs can you print?

Custom Level Logos can be printed with any appropriate artwork or image that you have the rights to use. Copyrighted artwork and/or images cannot be printed without proof of ownership.
